How Digital Court Solutions Work
We support the complete cycle of the visitor journey from arrival, information lookup, check-in, and self-service options in the courthouse lobby to wayfinding, signage, and efficient processes in the courtroom.

Visitor check-in, payments, printing, and interactions at a self-service kiosk
Upon arrival, guests use a lobby kiosk to self-register, find their citations, and check in for hearings. They can pay fines and fees using an integrated payment terminal and print redacted dispositions using a built-in printer. For citizens’ convenience, the solution allows you to provide services during after-hours and on weekends.

Identity verification, badging, and access control
Built-in ID verification includes federal and international ID documents, DMV data, criminal background, and sex offender checks. You can even automatically compare photos captured at the kiosk with those on documents. An approved visitor receives a printed badge and passes an integrated access control device (a turnstile). An instant notification can be sent to a court clerk.

Wayfinding and building navigation
Interactive navigation displays help guests reach the right courtroom or other point of interest. An optional integration with visitor badges makes the delivery of personalized directions effortless. Simply scan your badge barcode at the kiosk and follow the directions to your destination.

Court information display
Wall-mounted digital boards throughout the building provide visitor information and court notices, convey rules of conduct, and communicate safety guidelines to the public. Utilize room signage to display real-time docket schedules, case updates, and additional details next to each courtroom.

During an emergency event, all digital signage devices display alerts to inform employees and visitors about the required actions, including evacuation routes.
