Automated ID Verification
All visitors can identify themselves with an official ID document (ID card, passport, or driver’s license) or biometric data. The built-in card reader scans the ID document, and the camera captures the visitor’s face. The final check can be automated or confirmed by the security team. Only after confirmation is a visitor granted access to the site.

Automatically generated visitor badges save your team the hassle of manual printing with external devices. The kiosk’s built-in printer creates visitor badges in seconds, available as simple badges or RFID-coded access cards. The return of the badge is then automatically documented during check-out.

Visitors, external suppliers, and contractors sign the required agreements online during pre-registration or on-site at the friendlyway check-in kiosk with a digital signature. Registering logistics partners is faster and more secure with a friendlyway self-service kiosk provided indoors or outdoors at the facility entrance. Truck drivers can identify themselves with their driver’s license at the kiosk, and the security team receives the data for verification. Freight documents are handled automatically through integration with the yard management system.
